• Appointments are subject to availability and technician scheduling
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee at our discretion
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• We reserve the right to refuse service if health, safety, or hygiene standards cannot be maintained
• Service results may vary based on the natural condition of your nails and skin
